Dedicated Light starts at $59.99 monthly. A number adds $15, fallback adds $15 and conversation initiation adds $30 per month, yielding $119.99 for that example before one-time option charges. The base subscription alone is not a complete quote for every outbound application.
Use the right unit
The Light plan lists 300 unique active daily contacts. That does not establish permission or capacity to start 300 new outbound conversations daily. The published outbound conditions include a dedicated sender, initiation option, warm-up and consent. Request the applicable production constraints directly.
A maintenance habit
Record the selected sender and channel options next to your internal deployment notes. If someone later changes a plan, the team should know which workflow depends on it. Test inbound handling and fallback in an environment approved by the provider. Our assessment covers the public configuration model, not measured throughput.
